I felt the service work in general was satisfactory however I called about some issues and spoke to the service manager but never received a return phone call. The starboard engine was returned with a rubber plug and the cowling handle locking adapter missing. It also appeared that the cowling was put back together with the incorrect cowling seal. The experience was very disappointing as I believe the parts are not that expensive but nobody seemed to care enough to give me an answer.
