Tucson River - Omie

Excellent 3rd experience with Mike and his team. Clear and prompt communication.

As always, Mike and his team did a wonderful job in bringing this transaction to a successful close for my client. Thank YOu

Very helpful in navigating me through the new complexities of getting approval for mortgage Listened to my concerns and included them in my closing Friendly, competent and I felt they were working for me Great experience

Mike and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They were super knowledgeable, communicative, and worked tirelessly to get the best terms for me. I couldn’t imagine getting this deal done without them. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to work with them and look forward to doing deals with Mike in the future.

Great communication throughout the process - highly appreciated and not usual anymore. When properties changed, Mike and his team seamlessly transferred the information, simplifying the process for the us.

Mike and his team did it again! Great communication with my first-time home buyer to ensure she understood everything completely and felt confident with her purchase. Mike goes above and beyond!

Mike Omie and his team have done it AGAIN. Every time I make that call to Mike, he’s quick to respond and ready to put the work in! Witnessing Omie orchestrate his team and client through these loan processes is like watching Gordon Ramsay cook a 3 course meal on a Sunday afternoon! He is a master in his craft, and serves as an effective buffer between a very taxing process and the client. Not only did Omie take the proverbial battlefield for Me, but he has a way of helping Me understand what I call an “unnatural but essential process”. The best thing I can do as a friend is steer a peer Omie’s way for their loan officer needs. I just had to mention that I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Omie since 2018, and he makes himself just as available now as he was almost 10 years ago. That, alone, makes the choice a no brainer; to have the certainty of being well informed and updated promptly with the status of this sometimes obscure process is invaluable! Omie, My “thank you’s” can’t begin to explain My gratitude for having the pleasure to do business with You. Until next time!

Mike and his team were very knowledgeable on different loan options for me. As a first time home buyer, I felt at ease being able to ask him any questions that I had. He was very patient and understanding and explained everything so well.

Mike and his team, as well as Clifton, and Leah were great throughout the process. This is our second home we mortgaged with Mile and I highly recommend him and his team at peoples mortgage. They have impressed our realtors who will now be referring to them. Looking forward to sending over family as friends as well great team and a great company.

We had a short window of time to close our loan and Mike and his team buckled down, moved fast, communicated well and push through some obstacles along the way to close in 16 days. I’m sure this is not typical or their preferred window of time but we couldn’t be happier.

Great experience start to finish. Communication was excellent and the whole process was straightforward and stress free.

Thanks to Mike and his experienced team for a smooth transaction

Working with this lending team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were proactive, communicative, and made the entire transaction incredibly smooth. I especially appreciated that they sent the Loan Status Updates (LSUs) without me ever having to ask, keeping everyone informed every step of the way. Calling the process “seamless” would honestly be an understatement. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made all the difference and helped ensure a successful closing. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a lender who truly values communication, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Mike and his staff are friendly, professional and thorough. Highly recommend working with them!

Leah and Cliff were amazing. They took the stress and uncertainty out if the loan approval process.

Mike and his team are my number one lender. His team closed a deal in just 8 days! I also never have to ask for a Loan Status Update — Leah proactively sends one out every week. Mike, Clifton, and Leah are responsive and all wonderful to work with!

Mike and his team are top notch and over the years have saved many deals for my clients, after they unfortunately started out with one of those “top producing” lenders that you see plastered all over all over town. As a long time Realtor, I’m very happy to recommend Mike to all my clients. Personalized service all the way. Thanks again Mike, Clifton and Leah!!

Mike and his tem were excellent in walking me through the process. As a first time home buyer it was much appreciated

We had an incredible experience working with Mike and his team to purchase a home for our daughter. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly amazing to work with. What stood out most was their responsiveness—they were always readily available and immediately addressed any questions we had about the process. Navigating a mortgage can be complex, but Mike’s team made it feel straightforward and easy. I recently worked with Sabrina to purchase my first home, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth, easy, and surprisingly fast! Sabrina was patient, knowledgeable, and made the mortgage process feel simple and stress-free. Which was especially important for a first-time homebuyer like me. She explained every step clearly, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout without me having to chase her down. The pre-approval came through quickly, the paperwork was straightforward, and we closed on my new home faster than I ever expected. Thanks to her expertise and responsiveness, buying my first home was actually enjoyable rather than overwhelming. I highly recommend Sabrina to anyone looking for a mortgage professional who truly cares and delivers results. If you're a first-time buyer, you won’t find anyone better!

Mike and his team took great care of us again this is the 4th time we have used him. I will never use anyone else.

Mike Omie and his team were exceptional as always! They were able to get my first-time homebuyer's loan closed in less than a month! Even with the holidays, we closed on time. Mike always takes the time to make sure the buyer understands the whole process and as a Realtor, that is SO important to me. I highly recommend him! Debi Ruetz Tierra Antigua Realty

Mike was great to work with. A year ago, I bought my home and he kept an eye on rates so that this year when they dropped I was able to refinance to a much better rate for 15yrs instead of 30. He and his team took care to answer all of my questions and made the refinance process easy.

As always, it was a great pleasure to work with Mike and his team! They are Top Notch!!

You guys are the best!

Huge thanks to Mike and his finance team for helping my wife and I with our HELOC. We’ve worked with Mike in the past, and there’s a reason we keep coming back—he’s just that good.
