He joked during our first consultation call that he is constantly on his email. I thought it was an exaggeration, but he would literally respond almost immediately after an email was sent. With how competitive the market was while we were searching, this was incredibly valuable. He also spent multiple calls with us to literally review every item, line by line, to make sure we were aware of what we were doing.
