Thrive Branch

Josh is great to work with. Always positive, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Looking forward to the next opportunity to work together!

Judi Gavia guided our family through what could have been an overwhelming process...selling our previous home while simultaneously closing on a new one...and made it feel completely manageable. From our initial application through funding on September 4th, she kept my wife and me informed at every step, coordinated between our escrow companies on both ends, and even rearranged signing logistics so my wife could be there in person. What made the experience memorable was how personally invested Judi was in getting it right for our family, not just processing paperwork. She was responsive, proactive, and clearly cared about the outcome as much as we did. Thanks to her, a genuinely challenging dual-transaction closed smoothly and ahead of schedule. I'd recommend Judi Gavia and Peoples Mortgage to any family navigating a home purchase, especially a complicated one.

Great communication with Josh and he explained the steps of the loan process very clearly. His guidance was very proactive and helped ensure that the loan was processed well ahead of our closing date on a short timeline. Thank you Josh!

She never let things stop moving forward.

Judi Gavia was great to work with while being professional, timely, and kind. I’m glad I chose to work with her as my loan officer.

This was my third time buying a house but the first time buying one in another city miles away and Judi helped make it so easy. Any questions I had or any parts of the paperwork I didn't understand, Judi got back to me almost immediately. I am impressed with how smoothly it all went, just a great experience. I highly recommend Judi and her team.

We have been delighted with the care and diligence Judi has provided over the course of our mortgage application. As first time home buyers most of the process was new to us and she patiently walked us through every step, kept us on track and worked with us to ensure we were approved for a loan in a timely manner. Judi was incredibly helpful in explaining the various options we had and as a result we have a loan that we are very satisfied with.

Working with Vince at Peoples Mortgage has been an absolute blessing! As someone who was basically a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the entire process, especially because I needed to refinance and clear a significant amount of debt to make homeownership possible. Vince guided me through every single step with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. He made a complicated process feel smooth and even enjoyable. Whenever we faced major hurdles, he never panicked—he explained everything clearly, offered solutions, and truly held my hand through it all. Because of his expertise and dedication, I am now officially a homeowner and completely debt-free! I couldn’t be more grateful for Vince. If you’re looking for a loan officer who actually cares and will go above and beyond, he’s the one. Highly, highly recommend!

recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent Cortese on a transaction where we helped two sisters purchase their very first home together — clients we have both known for many years. Vincent was outstanding to work with from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and when we encountered a challenge with the loan approval, he acted quickly, communicated clearly with everyone involved, and resolved the issue with professionalism and deep lending knowledge. I truly appreciated his proactive approach and collaboration throughout escrow. I would highly recommend Vincent Cortese to any buyer or agent looking for a lender who is responsive, resourceful, and genuinely invested in his clients’ success.
