We had an outstanding experience working with People’s Mortgage, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything came together. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with true professionalism. A huge thank you to Kelly Weston and Quentin Weston of The Weston Team for going above and beyond. Their communication, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything on track ensured a seamless transaction and, most importantly, a very happy client. If you’re looking for a lending team that truly cares and delivers, The Weston Team at People’s Mortgage is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Informative and provided us updates throughout the process. Highly recommend the Weston Team, specifically Quentin!

The team is so helpful and reassuring during the home buying process. This was our first time buying a home so we had no idea what to expect or how any of the process worked. Our team worked hard to make sure we found a home we qualified for at the monthly payment we needed to stick to.

love the quick response

Always great to working with the awesome Weston team! We appreciate you!

Because of Kelly and Quentin, the Weston Team at Peoples Mortgage Company, obtaining a mortgage for our new home purchase was the easiest part of the entire process; this has never been the case in our past experiences. They were supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. They were responsive to and anticipated our questions and concerns all along the way, helping us to understand and feel confident in every moment. We are extremely grateful to have made this connection. Thank you both so much!

This is my wife and I’s 2nd time using the Weston Team. They were nothing short of amazing. They clearly communicated at every step of the transaction, set us up for success, and helped push the transaction forward with all parties.

Team Weston is the best! They were kind and efficient AND they have a sense of humor. We found a place we liked - Kelly & Quentin talked us through all the possibilities, guiding us with care and expertise. They also have lots of insights if you’re new to Arizona like we were. We would absolutely use them again for a mortgage. You should, too!

10/2025- The Weston Team did an awesome job managing my difficult Closing! Due to the logistics of my settlement agreement they were even able get me Closed in 30 days. Kelly held my hand through the first half then Quinton carried me through the Finish Line, like a Mortgage Triathlon, we did it! They kept me informed, kept me on time, and I felt I was in good hands the whole process. Thank you Weston Team!

Quentin and Kelly were awesome and made my 1st time buying a house a good experience . Quentin was knowledgeable and honest. He made sure I understood everything before each step moving forward .

My wife and I used People’s Mortgage to buy our first home in Kingman (we moved from Phoenix) because they were recommended by our family. We worked with Quentin and he was available every step of the way with answers to all our questions and made purchasing our home easy and possible. He helped us close on our home in less than 4 weeks and we could not be happier with the company’s customer service, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile to make everything happen. Thank you People’s Mortgage!

I have worked with the Weston Team on two mortgages and both have been excellent experiences. They made the process smooth, easy and enjoyable. They communicate really well, brought in great professionals to the team, and were able to help me close early. Will use them for every mortgage I need going forward!

Quentin went above & beyond to help get me the best rate on my loan, and to move the process along for an on-time closing. The availability and patience of the Weston Team in answering my questions is much appreciated.

The best

All of you make the process seamless for the most part (out of your control I have no doubt, especially with my situation & during such a crazy time). The entire team are amazing x 2 now. Thank you so much for the Arizona cutting board, a very nice surprise for the new Townhome (which I am loving so far). I have recommended you to so many people, I can only hope they give you a try... Sincerely, Steven.

Quentine is for sure the best!! Thank you for all you did for us. We would not have done this with you.

I have never been more impressed with a lender! Kelly and Quentin went above and beyond to educate us and keep us informed every step of the way. Super timely and professional, everything we were looking for in a lender. Exceptional customer service and would recommend them to anyone!

5 stars! Thanks for guiding me through this process!

I worked with Quentin and Kelly over the time of about 2 years to really zero in on a house that I wanted. They were very informative and communicative through the whole process and always called to update me on new things happening once I was under contract. The whole reason I even got my offer accepted was because Quentin called the listing agent and told them about how quickly he is able to close a deal. The other offer was better but they chose mine because of this. I would absolutely recommend their services to all my friends/family and anyone else that might be in the market for a home. Awesome team!

Kelly and Quentin were phenomenal to work with! Made my first time home buying experience a breeze and then some!
