It was slow to update and if it wasn't for Nat Gowan I wouldn't of known what to do and what all I needed to get approved.

There was not a single pain point dealing with Jennifer and her team. The only pain points came from DR Horton and our bank

There really wasn’t any pain points throughout the process. The process was smooth the communication was 10 out of 10. They worked very hard to get us approved when no one else could. Would recommend to anyone. Also they did not give up on us like the other 3 lenders did.

The loan officer was amazing. I believe the processor could have communicated better but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Jennifer and her team from Tera and Chad were beyond amazing.if I could rate them on a scale of 1 to 5 and 5 was the best I would give them a 10. just the best overall experience ever.

My biggest pain was hoping to get note in budget range. Jennifer and her team was very supportive and patient with me. She was very nice and I was attracted to her niceness.
