Our original loan officer was fired and we were not notified of the change. Our file had to be reworked but the loan officer who took over Paul was excellent.

My biggest "pain points" were outside issues which Michael and his team resolved very well

the biggest pain point was submitting the same document a few times over between the loan processor and underwriter. Maybe have file folders for them to be placed in for reference or when needed.

The first loan should have not withdrawn an excesive amount from my bank account for insurance, it made me struggle badly and I am still struggling to recover.

System generated messages/needed actions sometimes conflicted with the loan officer/closing assistant...this was minor.

After months and months of hearing “no” after “no,” I came across an MSF Facebook ad and noticed they didn’t have any VA overlays. That immediately caught my attention and gave me hope. The first time around was admittedly bumpy, but we were reassigned quickly, which made a big difference. The second time around, Megan Domel took us from uncertainty to homeowners. There are no gimmicks here—MSF has a real program that helps veterans get approved, even with credit challenges. They work with veterans starting at 500+ credit scores. I personally started in the high 400s, and once I crossed into the 500+ range, everything began to come together. Thank you again for helping me achieve something so precious to me and my family. Homeownership felt out of reach for a long time, and MSF—especially Megan—made it possible.

The anxiety of the wait during the refinance. I understand that everything has to go through all the wickets but looking at the app saying I'm past due and coupled with calls asking for a payment during the refinance made me nervous even though I knew the refinancing had it covered. My loan officer was very helpful explaining it.

I think a document showing the roles across the home buying process would be super beneficial for folks who aren’t super familiar. For example, what does my lender do vs. what does my realtor do vs. what does the title company do, etc. Some sort of pretty and easy to digest process flow!

Michael and his staff came through on our loan as he said he would, working with our less than stellar credit history for our VA Loan and brought it to closing. He had our Sellers pay $9000.00 in closing costs and even had our Earnest Money returned to us at Closing. He is exceptional at his profession and we would recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage company to purchase a home.

There were actually nothing, the process was amazing from your guys.

I think there should be better communication amongst your different departments especially during a refinance. I was constantly getting calls about paying my mortgage even though I communicated to the finance department that if the refinance did not happen I was prepared to pay the mortgage.

I never really had any pain points through this process. I feel like Jennifer and Chad did absolutely everything they could to make sure that our loan was done. I feel like they went above and beyond to make it work best for me and our situation. was the process stressful? absolutely! however I really feel like they did absolutely everything they possibly could to ensure that we were able to get this loan.
