This was our first time using People’s Mortgage and our first home purchase, going in we thought it was going to be an exhausting process. With Nicks help it was simplified.

Bryce was informative and efficient. I felt very comfortable through this process and I especially appreciated Bryces thoroughness and sense of urgency. I will definitely be using Bryce in the future and recommending him to all of my friends and family for all of my mortgage financing needs.

Nick is the best. This is the second time we have used him and his team for a loan. He’s quick to respond and efficient in getting things done. I refer all my friends to him.

Great team of people at Peoples! Attentive, understanding, and professional. 110% would use them again and recommend. Nick is on another level of workmanship. Truly a positive experience.

Communication was great. Followed up every step of the way and checked in when she said she would. Made the process simple with no headaches. Best of all she got us the rate no one else could even touch. Felt like family.

Carrie handled my original loan so well years ago that I asked to handle my refinance recently. They are pleasant, efficient, communicative, and did a great job. Thank you!

We worked with Eric on a recent cross sale where we represented the seller. The timelines were extremely tight, but he moved fast and got the loan done without delays. We really appreciated his clear communication and ability to stay on top of things throughout the process. It was a smooth closing thanks in large part to his efforts. Great job getting it across the finish line.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous going into this process. I had already had a less than satisfactory experience with another lender and wasn’t feeling hopeful. Then, I reached out to Eric and the team through my realtor. From then on I felt supported, respected, and valued by their team. They answered all of my silly questions and helped me feel independent in the process. They even made a very last minute closing happen for me when we thought it wouldn’t work out. I am extremely grateful for Eric and his partnership in helping me buy my first home!!!

Carrie is a beast!! Seriously, she’s really good at what she does. Thank you Carrie 🫡

Very professional and friendly

I always thought obtaining a mortgage was like buying a car - a necessary evil to be avoided. However, that was not the case when working with Nick and his team of professionals. On the contrary, it was a very pleasant experience. The process was quick and painless and I'm happy to say that I am a happy first-time homebuyer!

Challenging situation but Nick was able to get us to the finish line! Great job!
