Elite Branch

The People’s Mortgage and specifically Stacy made the experience so comfortable and easy. Her and her team (Lacy) were quick to respond and iron out the details with the title agency. Stacy even went further to assist me with details of a deed that wasn’t even part of the home loan. It was another transaction she just helped with just because. I don’t see customer service like this these days and this team is truly brilliant and amazing. 🙌🤗🩷

Fred was excellent to work with. He listened, understood, and was able to guide us in finding the right financing option that met our short and long term goals. Everything he provided was exceptional.

Fabulous support and helpful and never leaving you alone during the journey of obtaining your loan in time.

April was so supportive and informative throughout the entire process! I couldn’t have bought my home without her help.

what to say about Stephanie. Stephanie is absolutely fantastic. This is a lady that knows her business and does it very very well. She was always there for a question, a problem, or if I just needed and explanation. Stephanie never ever seems to run out of energy or enthusiasm. If only everyone could do business the way Stephanie does the world would be a better place. If your looking to make a dream come true you want Stephanie on your team. Stephanie THANK YOU so very very much, with out you it would not have happened. Tom

Stephaine and her team are the industry standard. In a time of decline towards customer service, she leads her team daily with professionalism, superior knowledge in her field, and the sense of urgency that every client wants to feel as they embark on a process when time is of the essence. Highly recommend Stephaine and her team to make your goals not only come to fruition, but also return your faith in humanity.

"Derek demonstrated amazing professionalism and expertise throughout my six-month refinancing journey. When I faced an initial denial, Derek's deep understanding of the business allowed him to craft workable alternative solutions he persisted with until approval. His approach was consistently kind, understanding, and dedicated - even after months of challenges, he never gave up. After this experience, I wouldn't consider working with anyone else for my financial needs."
