Richard, I just want to thank you for everything you did throughout my home-buying process. You made everything so easy and stress-free, and I really appreciate how helpful and professional you were every step of the way. You were always there to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for someone better. I’ll definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you again for everything!

Calvin is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially overwhelmed and unsure whether homeownership was financially realistic for me. Calvin took the time to understand my resources, clearly explained my options, and guided me toward programs that fit my circumstances. Thanks to his expertise, guidance, and dedication, I was able to qualify for a beautiful home where I look forward to making lasting memories with my family. I highly recommend Calvin and am grateful of our chance meeting at a community event!

I had an excellent experience with Sandy Hanson. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my whole experience.

Margo made our whole experience seamless. She went above and beyond to get our home closed early so we weren’t in a hotel all weekend with our 4 animals! Awesome experience, Thank you.

Everything was done in timely manner, and with high standards.

Very professional courtesy and polite.

When we first set out to buy a home, we had no idea where to start or what we needed. We met with Sandy, who was honest, knowledgeable, and gave us a clear plan to put us in a better position for homeownership. A year later, we returned to her, and she walked us through every step of the process, making everything feel stress-free and manageable. She also referred us to our amazing realtor, Josh Gregorio, and together, their expertise helped us get the home we wanted! We are so grateful for Sandy and everyone at People’s Mortgage for making our first home-buying experience such a positive one. We highly recommend People’s Mortgage to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Very thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process.

Sandy was an amazing partner in this transaction, she was always communicative, and super fast to respond. I would jump at an opportunity to work with her again. I trust her and know without a doubt she has her clients best interests in mind.

Sandy made everything effortless. As a 1st time homebuyer she kept everything going and kept us informed. She answered every question and made sure we understood the process. I cannot recommend her high enough!

We are soo grateful that we had sandy for this whole experience she took so much stress and worries out of this very important life changing choice and she went the extra mile to insure that everything went smoothly. She was so informative and make sure that we understood everything every step of the way, again I cannot thank her more for helping us in this process. I’ll definitely be recommended to everyone always.

The Vaughn Team is so proud to be part of the process, from finding the right home, negotiating the work requirements, getting the work done and closing on time. With our lender partner, Tiare Ferguson, this was a tough transaction. Working with an out of area buyer and so many moving parts, she got it across the finish line on time with her team for another successful closing. Thank you Tiare and Cornerstone Mortgage.

Being a first time home buyer was very confusing but Calvin did an amazing job explaining key mortgage terms and making the process quick and stress free. No matter what questions I asked, Calvin always provided clear answers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buying thier dream home!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Matthew Berry was amazing to work with from start to finish. Buying a home is a huge deal and can definitely be stressful, but Matthew made the whole lending process feel easy. He was always there when I had questions, kept me updated, and genuinely made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. What I appreciated most was how personal the experience felt. I never felt like I was just another client or another loan he was trying to close. Matthew really cared about getting my family and me into our new home, and that meant a lot to us. I’m truly grateful for everything he did to help make this happen. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, dependable, and actually cares about the people he works with, I highly recommend Matthew. 5 stars all the way!
