When I decided to start my process of finding the home I wanted Joe was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I had a very specific list of features I wanted in my new house, and I warned Joe ahead of time that I was looking for a very particular type of property. He took the challenge and found me just what I wanted in a matter of weeks. Once I settled on the house I wanted Joe did a great job of guiding me through the negotiating process and explain every aspect of what was happening. Also, it was very important to me to have frequent updates and information regarding how the process was going, Joe was great about communicating with me the entire time. I would highly recommend Joe and his time for anyone looking to buy a new home.
