After 26 years working my way up in Manhattan (from NJ), getting married and dealing with a horribly lying female realtor in Easton, PA so we could also have a house up there, we wound our way south and have lived in Charlotte, NC for 12 years. First realtors we met (female partners) knew we were on a time limit & pretty much ignored what we said what we were looking for. They clearly had secret handshakes with certain realtors. One of them went so far as to drive us out 20 mins. away from where we were looking to show a place in a different neighborhood. We loved it! Then she said "only problem is they only allow one dog per unit, but you said that one was senior". Flew through roof. We do everything for our adopted children, and this senior girl went on to live several more years. The idea that this woman would waste our time like that is unfathomable (amusing only in that Ryan works for Fathom Realty). We bought a new townhouse back then, didn't like the neighborhood and went on to rent in the SouthPark area at overpriced and poorly managed buildings. We have owned a condo now in the Ballantyne area but really would like a small house in a walkable area with a fenced backyard. Ryan has been a joy since we met him. Nothing desperate about him, just a great guy who cares about his clients. We're so tired of moving, but this condo group has a revolving door HOA & just hired a questionable new management company (per my research). So it's back to Ryan yelling "HELP!!". He knows what we're looking for and I'm sure will help us find it. The only honest and decent realtor I've ever met! Highly recommend him. . .he truly cares and is not just trying to "make another buck"!
