Paul was great

My mother and I have been looking to purchase a home for the past few months. We have been pre-approved by a lender earlier in the year and it has been overwhelming to say the least. Neither one of us understood any of the numbers or terms that were given to us and felt very intimidated. My mother especially gets extremely nervous with big decisions. All of this changed when we were put in touch with Paul. His friendly assistant called us one day after we requested more information on a house. After telling her our story and how nervous we both are, she put us on the phone with him. Immediately from the very beginning, he was able to make us feel at ease. He asked us questions the other lender never bothered to ask and explained all of our options to us. His priority was to make sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment and from there he was able to tell us which price range would suit us best, instead of just qualifying us for the largest amount. He knows a lot about the area we're looking in and has given us quotes on every house we have seen or plan on seeing. Paul has been amazing and we are grateful to be working with him. I highly recommend him!
