Contour Mortgage is the best good, service or product that I have experienced in years. They are an efficient, large and experienced group of professionals. On the other hand they are a tight knit, personal and family owned operation. I’ve never been more satisfied with a purchase of ANYTHING than my mortgage with them. Call them and make sure you get to talk to Ashley. She will get your loan done. I was not an easy case for them. I had issues with my credit and I searched for a home for THREE YEARS. I initially was having a very hard time trying to find a lender, because I am 1099 so my income shows that I earned very very low, but in reality I have a pretty decent moderate income but because of the 1099 status a lot of lenders would not work with me.. Contour took that into consideration and really really helped me really worked with me, really guided me step by step pretty much,and worked aggressively and tirelessly to get me the loan that I needed and along with my realtor I can't even begin to say how pleased and how happy they have made me.

Everyone was very friendly. Mike Fassl was the best person to work with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to talk to us and explain the process. His customer service is what made us stick with contour during a difficult appraisal process. If it wasn’t for his support we would’ve had to go with another company.
