Mackenzie Fox is really great at what she does. She worked around my work schedule and was very patient with me. As a first time home buyer I have been very stressed about everything. She was so easy to talk to and didn't force me into anything I didn't want. I also work in customer service and it is nice to talk to someone who really cares about their job and what they do. I would recommend her to my friends.

The experience was great. I was expecting a lot of sales pitches and attempts to upsell me on unwanted products and services. None of that happened. I was asked what I had, what I needed, and wasn’t pushed to get any particular service provider. The call was far faster than I had expected, but also didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend this service if ever given the option to use them
