Katelyn who is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and thorough throughout our conversation. She explained to me in very clear and easy to understand terms what my options were, which options would likely be in my best interest, and which products and services were likely unnecessary considering my personal home and needs. She wasn’t just reading off a script, you could tell she was really listening to me in my concerns and try to tailor a package that would best be my needs at the best possible price. You should know that she is a credit to the organization and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services (and by extension Move Concierge) moving forward.
