My wife and I really appreciate the hard work Karen Arena has done for us. We have been trying to get a small mortgage/loan and we were not getting anywhere with the options of banks/brokers we have tried. But Karen worked day and night, also weekends and we did everything that was required and everything worked out well. I cannot say how happy we are, and honestly without Karen and Contour Mortgage, I don’t think we would have ever had the chance to get a home. Bear in mind we have been trying and trying(sorta losing hope), a lot of stress lol. But I am so thankful for Karen’s advisement, she even spoke to the bank for us, she went above and beyond, and she also supported us for the closing day. It was our first time buying a home and Karen made everything so simple. My advice, if anyone is looking for a loan officer, Karen and Contour Mortgage will help you in every way they can. Trust me. Karen, thank you again for everything you have done!
