I didn't expect the process to take almost 60 days when there were no issues with my application and I was very prompt in responding to follow up questions. There was also less proactive communication than I expected. Each update I received was as a result of me reaching out. Overall the experience wasn't bad but wasn't top tier nor what I was expecting from a community institution.
