Diane joined Progressive Housing in 2007 after a five-year career with Coldwell Banker. On joining Progressive Housing, she adopted the role of loan officer and helped clients secure financing for their mobile home purchases. She then migrated her focus to selling the homes, representing both buyers and sellers.
Prior to getting her real estate license in 2002, Diane enjoyed a career as a litigation legal secretary for law firms, both big and small in San Jose and Palo Alto.
Diane’s success is due in large part to her dedication and determination in protecting her clients’ interests, whether buyers or sellers. Not only does Diane know the mobile/manufactured home market, but she negotiates endlessly on their behalf to get them the best possible price.
