I wish the HELOC application process was offered in person. However, Dan was helpful in our completing the documents required for the application Debbie McKillip, a Personal Banker from State Bank of The Lakes, became our in- person resource (not assigned). She assisted us with questions concerning the online process including scanning the documents required for our line a credit. Honestly, without Debbie's assistance, we would have looked elsewhere for a bank offering in person service.
