Where to start with this guy! He was delightful on the phone, dancing eloquently from Word to Word! He was super helpful in helping my wife and I get our new security system set up! He did not pressure us into adding more stuff onto our system, he merely educated us on what options were available and helped us pick out the system that worked best for our family! Five stars is simply not enough for how great of an experience we had with Cole!

Time was not an issue or inconvenience to Cole as I initially spoke to him for over an hour and he was willing to call later in the day to have my wife included in the process. It has been difficult moving from Nebraska to Texas with so many boxes to check. Cole helped us line up utilities, internet, home security and much more to give us peace of mind! Knowing Cole is phone call away during our move is priceless! We have moved several times to different states, but have never had such a great experience getting us from point A to point B! We are very grateful to Cole and this service!
