I started my real estate career helping investors search for undervalued properties and developing pricing forecasts. I surveyed properties, worked with contractors and managed the process from inception to closing. As a next step I decided to become a realtor to help home buyers and sellers get the best value for the real estate investments. What sets me apart is my education - a Bachelors in Computer Engineering and Masters in Finance; my background in investments and my knowledge of the local areas in and around Jersey City and Hudson County.
Purchasing or selling real estate is an important financial decision and I strive to give every client the time and information they require to get the most value for their investment. My listing commission for properties over 250K is only 1% which is lower than what most realtors charge.
