With 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and having worked in all facets of the mortgage process, I prepare my clients with the appropriate knowledge and documentation required to qualify for a loan. Having worked in operations or behind the scenes has provided me with extensive knowledge of the qualification and approval process. I have found that placing my client's needs first along with knowing the guidelines for each program in a constant changing market is the key to my clients’ success toward obtaining their Mortgage Loan.
The relationships I have built with realtors, attorneys, accountants and title servicers throughout the years have allowed me to provide my clients with a catered experience that is unparalleled, whether it is a Purchase, Refinance, Renovation or a Reverse Mortgage. I am well versed with a variety of programs such as VA Loans for our beloved Veterans, Conventional, Condos, Coops, Jumbo and Non-Conforming loans, as well as FHA & SONYMA Loans that require less money down to assist first time homebuyers.
