Cara was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the companies and their available services. She was patient and a pleasure to work with!

Clear and concise. Respectful tones with direct answers.

Moving from Ohio to Texas, I had no idea where to even start with setting up all the home services like internet, electricity, water, gas, and home warranty. It would have taken me months to research everything on my own. The Concierge service made the whole process effortless. Cara was incredibly communicative, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. What really stood out was that she didn't just hand me a list of options and leave me to figure it out. She actually gave me personalized recommendations for each service. That level of guidance made a huge difference, especially coming from out of state where I had zero familiarity with local providers. She made what could have been an overwhelming, weeks-long process feel completely manageable. If you're relocating, especially long-distance, this service is an absolute must. Cara went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful!
