Within 24 hours of the showing, she had us under contract, and her expert negotiating secured us an amazing $25,000 in concessions, a home warranty, AND the seller covering title fees. Brianna listens carefully to her clients’ needs, offers thoughtful recommendations, and makes sure you know exactly what to look out for during the home buying process. Her patience, kindness, and encouragement made this experience stress-free. She has an incredible team, from the inspectors, insurance agents, to the title company, and we can’t thank them all enough for their dedication and hard work. Brianna gives 200% of her attention, and even when she’s busy, she always follows up promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
