Brad Shoemaker made a huge effort to get me a loan that fit my needs and was very prompt and genuine with all questions and requests, he can explain details well and shows his appreciation for the applicant when he receives required information in a timely manner. I very much recommend Brad.

I have benefited greatly from Brad's knowledge, helpfulness, and no-nonsense way of doing business since I bought my first house in 2013. I've since refinanced and bought another house through him. I appreciate his honesty. The house we just bought through him, it felt like he was the only one looking out for US as the buyers, while everyone else was just in a rush to get it closed with little regard for if things were actually handled properly. So grateful to have had Brad and his associate Megan Barclay on our side.

I have to say that I LOVE this company. I am stationed in Hawaii and PCS to Virginia. I knew I wanted to purchase instead or rent. They went over and beyond to help with financing my home.
