Blake Yutuc was born in Southern California, but as the saying goes, he got to Texas as quickly as he could! He has had the privilege of living in many areas throughout the Dallas – Fort Worth – Denton Metroplex over the past two decades and has witnessed first-hand how the area has changed not only physically, with new subdivisions and communities sprouting up seemingly overnight, but also as consumer preferences in housing have evolved over the years as well. After graduating from Denton Guyer High School, Blake studied Real Estate Finance and Economics at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Immediately thereafter, he went on to help lead the top-producing sales team in a Fortune 500 company for the next four years. While gaining experience in Corporate America, Blake spent his free time learning about real estate investing strategies, both active and passive. Taking the natural next step and becoming a Realtor was an easy decision, as it allowed him to fuse his passion for improving the lives of those around with the exciting and ever-changing Dallas real estate market.

Blake met his beautiful wife while teaching Sunday School at church, and they currently live in Corinth. In their free time, they love to read, travel, camp, play sports, and spend time with their Bernese Mountain Dog and Shiba Inu. Blake often likes to joke that he was born after his time, believing that “your word is your bond” and integrity is a characteristic second-to-none.
