I don't think I had any pain points. The process was pretty smooth!

Being a first time buyer the paperwork is already a drag and the endless paperwork was at times a little overwhelming, it would help to be more thorough in explaining at least the main information from what one is signing since it is a huge commitment. Radlam was always there to guide us and help us make the process a lot smoother. He was always able to any questions or concerns we came across at anytime which I really appreciated. He was very informative. Would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much Radlam!!
