Everything was smooth and the process was amazingly great.

Our original loan officer was fired and we were not notified of the change. Our file had to be reworked but the loan officer who took over Paul was excellent.

I think there should be better communication amongst your different departments especially during a refinance. I was constantly getting calls about paying my mortgage even though I communicated to the finance department that if the refinance did not happen I was prepared to pay the mortgage.

Getting through the appriasal was a nightmare but the whole team was supportive and worked hard to get things figured out.
