Trying to get my credit right to be able to get the home of my dreams.
This was a great experience from beginning to end. You made it possible for my veteran husband and I to be able to purchase our first home with not so great credit due to past four scene circumstances. I appreciate everything you have done and will always give a referral
My biggest "pain points" were outside issues which Michael and his team resolved very well

Michael and his staff came through on our loan as he said he would, working with our less than stellar credit history for our VA Loan and brought it to closing. He had our Sellers pay $9000.00 in closing costs and even had our Earnest Money returned to us at Closing. He is exceptional at his profession and we would recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage company to purchase a home.
It was an exceptionally smooth and seamless process from start to finish. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Michael, the loan officer, truly went above and beyond—demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a clear commitment to excellent service. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at every step made a lasting impression.
I am a disabled Veteran. As with a lot of us right now things are tight every month financially due to inflation and just general cost going up drastically. I did not think buying a home was an option for me at all. I was able to connect with Michael and give him all my details in my life. All was took in stride. Michael was my first breath of fresh air in almost 8 years. Throughout the process I was educated, explained, and shown the patience that only a family would give to you, Michaels team became part of my daily journey. We WON! They got me my home! Not only that they put me on my feet to start my life again. It was not just about my home, but a total life reset! I cannot say enough to Michael and his team’ Cory G.

First time home buying is a headache, so many documents, so much information.

I really didn’t have any we took our time finding our home that suited us and they were very understanding with our process
Most of my problems with the whole process was caused by me. MSF staff was great throughout the process and provided knowledgeable advice and answered all my questions.
With the new app, things felt a little glitchy. I’m old school and like doing things in person and on the phone rather than an app or email.
