Any issues that were encountered during this process was really due to my phone network not cooperating my loan officer and the team did everything to make this process smooth and friendly even For someone like me who struggles with technology

There weren't any pain points through this process as the line of communication was maintained and our loan officer, Kathy Sloane, kept us well informed throughout the entire process of waiting for clear to close. After we had closed on the home she followed up with us to walk us through the process of what would be expected next. It truly was a great experience and we are very appreciative for her due diligence in helping us by our home!

The biggest hurdle was being self employed, starting my life over and nearing the finalization of my divorce. Because of my circumstances, communication and information was very important so my ex and I both felt we were on the same page in understanding the process. Kathryn went above and b beyond in making sure all our questions were answered and also in giving us information we didn't know we needed. I felt very well supported.

Mortgage Solutions did an amazing job of making our dream home a reality. Our loan officer Kathy was amazing and what touched me the most was she actually showed up to our closing when our realtor didn't even come. She just took the commission and ran. Kathy stuck it out with us throughout the entire process and we are eternally grateful for her!
