As a first "Second Home" buyer and being 15 years since buying our primary home their were a few unknowns about the process. You did great keeping us informed! Only thing better would be to build out and point us to a frequently asked question area on your site outlining the full process and discussing all the cost outside of down-payment to expect and estimate.
