Mortgage terms, escrow, inspections, title, and closing documents can feel overwhelming for first-time buyers. The process can be emotional and stressful, especially for first-time buyers, so regular reassurance and updates go a long way. Other than that, I truly appreciated the patience, knowledge, and guidance I received every step of the way. I always felt like my questions were welcomed

My loan officer Jose was great best communication with me about everything going on, it was all the other hands in the file that made it very difficult, not everyone was on the same page with the information provided too many people had a say and to much was going on that could have been avoided if they would’ve done things differently
