Everything was so smooth and easy to understand Isa made sure everything was explained to me she kept in contact and she was always available when I had questions she is amazing.

the biggest pain point was submitting the same document a few times over between the loan processor and underwriter. Maybe have file folders for them to be placed in for reference or when needed.

The asking for the same document over and over.

Isa truly made this process so smooth and truly I couldn't imagine if I had used someone else as my loan officer.

Just waiting on the clear to close. Really isa helped with everything perfectly i couldn't imagine using somebody else if I ever buy another home I will definitely want isa as my loan officer

I would say the appraisal process would be the biggest pain point as we had come to a stopping point with the appraisal.

My biggest pain points were having to provide documents that were requested last minute instead of a head of time. Especially military related documents. I think it would be good to try and ask for things more in advanced so it can be ready to go.

This was our first home buying process but it was smooth and we were kept informed each step of the way.

Then in the last two days, the day prior and closing day, underwriting was asking for more and more. If these things would have been requested sooner it would not have been as stressful.

I have zero complaints everyone was amazing.

I had no clue what I was doing and Isa walked me through everything! It was less scary and stressful than I expected!
