Last minute discoverys just before the closing to re finance

I don't have any complaints on the process.

Didn’t really have any pain points in the refi process

This is the first time we have bought a home, and while the entire process can be intimidating, I understand the necessity behind everything that is required before getting that final “clear to close”. Your team did an amazing job answering questions, keeping us informed, and they were always polite and happy to help. I don’t know that you could have done anything beyond the steps that were already taken during this journey. Thank you for the work you and your team put into helping my family achieve a major milestone.

Cannot think of a single negative thing

Always a pain to get documents, bank statements ect

underwriting was stressful, but our loan officers and processor were the greatest and made it better!

Nothing. Everything went smoothly

They handled everything for me!! They made the biggest purchase I’ve made so easy.

We had a little hiccup when we were wanting to purchase in another state as our loan officers were not yet licensed but in the process of getting licensed. This cause our file.to.have to switched at one point to another loan officer which we understood BUT we REALLY liked our original people so it was a bit of a bummer too. Eventually we got back to our main person, David Dustmann when our file had to be sent back after we switched states again.

Honestly, the Reply All emails were the easiest and worked really well. No pain points.

I don’t think we had any “pain points” through this process. Everyone helped us when we didn’t understand the process and was very kind.

David was amazing. He was always available to answer any questions that I had. I am a first time house buyer and he never made me feel dumb for any of the 100 questions that I had for him.

Being long distance and trying to coordinate everything with my schedule and everyone else’s schedule

The only thing that I have was the last day or so things needed.. Other than that everything was good.

David was great

World class!!! David himself led from the front and made us feel like we could trust him and his team to get us through the process. He was confident and backed his word up by getting us approved for the loan, when another lender couldn’t. He was honest and secured exactly what he said he would do for us!! His team was there to put it all together as promised!!! They took great care of us and we are so grateful to David and his team and look forward to working with them again in the future!!!
