Didn't have any problems from my prospective.

The biggest pain points was trying to figure out what I could do for the loan. By myself I didn’t have the credit needed but Darren was awesome and helped me out in every way possible to find the right structure loan. Now I’m a first time home buyer!

I did not know what I had to do, but after sitting down and meeting with my agent we had a plan and were able to execute it smoothly.

Mortgage Solutions did a wonderful job. I didn't get a free pen though. ;) Seriously though, Darren and his team were outstanding and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have imagined a better experience than this home loan process.

Just afraid and Darren Pantelo really treated me special and continues to do do. He answers all my questions.

Darren with Mortgage Solutions was absolutely amazing. They were able to get my husband and I in our first home which we love and is absolutely beautiful. We were told no by 3 other lenders and gave up on trying. We tried one more time with Darren at Mortgage Solutions and we closed on our home 2 weeks ago. This process was absolutely as easy and as painless as could be. I’ve worked the lender side of things and know the process could be an absolute nightmare especially being first time home buyers. I honestly could not ask for a better experience. If we ever purchase a new home or a second home, I have no intentions of ever using a different lender. I would highly recommend Darren and the team here at mortgage solutions.
