Different people with each step in the process that causes confusion in the process

Customer service that was servicing the old loan prior to the IRRRL being complete didn't seem to know that the process was ongoing. They kept calling wanting to know when the payment on the old loan was going to be made and had to keep explaining what was going on. They said they were unable to pause the reminders and that I would continue to get calls, emails, texts. Other than that it was fine.

Need to have better access to online account, to check status more often.

Very thoughtful and helped me along the way even with a tough credit score was able to help and get me in a home.

The underwriting was a rough spot, my background check for a clearance was easier to deal with then underwriting.

Just keep Darin on board because he made this experience so easy for us and explained everything.

It was good efficient and they bent over backwards to make the deal happen!!!!!!

When it goes to underwriting it would be good if they looked over documentation you sent them that they asked for
