The anxiety of the wait during the refinance. I understand that everything has to go through all the wickets but looking at the app saying I'm past due and coupled with calls asking for a payment during the refinance made me nervous even though I knew the refinancing had it covered. My loan officer was very helpful explaining it.

Dallas Frye was amazing! Didn’t have any pain points. He had exceptional communication along my mortgage loan. Can’t thank him enough!

The only issue I had was the female agent sent to have the closing paperwork signed in person. She had an attitude and did not seem to care that she was not being professional. She showed her judgemental expressions on her face and had a flat affect and tone. Im used to dealing with abrasive personalities, but you should maybe consider someone with a better front facing presence to represent your company. She was rude on the phone as well. We almost opted to refinance with a different mortgage lender simply because of her attitude. The only reason we did not is because Dallas Frye is excellent at his job and we respect and trust him.

Everything went great. As far as emailing sensitive documents such as tax returns, I would have preferred a secure site to upload them to.

Communication with mortgage solutions was honestly a pain. There would be times I would email or call and not get a reply for days.

Dallas and his team were extremely professional and helpful. They guided me through every step of the process and made everything so easy and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

I don’t think there were any “pain points” as we knew going into this we wouldn’t have an easy application/file. We were constantly impressed by MSF.

How many LOE i had to provide, and how many times Dallas rewrote the deal was excruciating. We lost a house we were bidding on because of Dallas messing up the paperwork. I was told all my bills would be paid plus I'd get my earnest money back. That was flat out lies!!!
