I cannot say that there was anything negative in my experience, Caleb was super helpful. Anytime I reached out to hi whether via phone or email he would always answer in a timely manner. Everything he told me was accurate. He didn’t rush anything. I am extremely grateful!

Caleb Dennison was the best loan processor ever! He communicated with us through the entire process. Always kept us in the loop always explained every detail so we could understand what's next. Always available for questions or anything we needed help with. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a home loan. A non working email. But you sent the documents to my real estate agent and she helped us complete them and get them returned to you.

I didnt have any pain points my biggest problem was finding the right house and once I did everything went great!

We cannot think of any "pain points" with the process. I would suggest using the app vs emailing documents to keep them from getting in the wrong hands.

Miscommunication and misunderstanding. Misunderstandings following unanswered questions and only education provided was a brutal video and quiz that you lose interest in after 10 mins. No explanation of what documents are that are being sent, how to read and understand the documents none of it just a here sign these documents and push it along despite the content. Questions were asked and vague answers were given. Me wanting to trust these people accepted that, but as we got through underwriting I began to realize I may have made a mistake trusting the answers given Vice forcing them to give more detailed answers and explanations.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mortgage Solutions Financial! As a veteran with less-than-perfect credit, I honestly didn’t think homeownership was in the cards for me—especially not a newly built home. But this team, led by the incredible Caleb Lutsch and Jen Blair, made it happen, and they exceeded every expectation I had along the way.

You have selected the best Loan Officers ever, they are not only personable, but also knowledgeable!!!! We had a great Team!!!
