He was patient with our slow process where gathering materials took me longer in some instances. He was speedy to respond to my queries. I showered him with texts at all hours of the day and every single time he responded with clear and supportive instructions or updates that put my mind at ease. I found him to be someone who kept his word throughout the process. The process felt like lots of hoops to jump through. However, that wasn't John's fault.
