Despite weeks of bCk and forth they could not act to even give me the conditional approval needed to make an offer. wintrust turned it around in a day and followed through with excellent service through closing

Overall really good experience but there seemed to be a disconnect between banker and support team. Support team had much better knowledge of the process. Very nice team and responsive overall.
