The Springdale NAAC is always professional, friendly and efficient.

The vet was very kind and courteous but some of the other staff that i deal with is not very kind or understanding of our needs. Being a single parent and working crazy hours its very hard to get time off..and to be told they will withhold my pets medication that they need for survival is insane. I understand the urgency of getting them in to be seen...but they also need to understand our family's struggle as well. Obviously you know if something is wrong with your pet and they need to be seen...but if there isnt any change in your pets daily living why be so rude about withholding their medication?

We have been coming to Noah’s Arc for many years and we’ve had several dogs they have been taken care of there! There’s no other veterinary we will go too! Everyone so so nice and helpful!

Love the wait list. It’s so nice.

I brought my pet in to Noah’s Ark- Springdale, OH location for her yearly well check and vaccines. I was greated with friendly smiles and was seen on time. Every staff member that I had an encounter with introduced themselves. My pet was treated with kind words and gentle touches as they saw she was nervous. Her assessment was thorough and an explanation for coarse of treatment (vaccines)was explained. Recommendations for future treatment was given (dental cleaning). Billing is extremely fair. I would highly recommend this facility for animal care.

All of the staff was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend "Noah's Ark" to anyone needing a good veterinarian!

Everyone is always fantastic when I bring Mr. Fin in. I really appreciated how quickly we could get in and not feeling crazy for bringing a bag of dog poop in (so sorry, lol). There’s a top tier level of care that I believe we get when we come here and it makes us feel welcomed to come back when we need something! As always, very informative and left without questions!

I checked in online and followed the prompts to show up when 4th in line, I did that. I still managed to have to sit in the waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes before being called back. I understand more urgent cases take priority, however I still had to sit in a room for 35 more minutes before being seen. My visit was a total of 3 hours and saw the doctor for 5 minutes. The care I received was good, but there has to be a better way to keep people from waiting such long periods of time with their animals.

Dr. Wilson is thorough and very thoughtful and compassionate!

2 months ago Bonny needed rabies shot, called for physical first. Last week Bonny needed physical and Bentley too to have their nails trimmed! Costly and unnecessary for someone on Social Security. Debating if we come back.

Be better if had a standard time for an appointment said 5 people ahead live in walton 25 minutes away still an 1hour maybe 1 hr 15 minutes to see vet

Everyone was so nice. They were so good with Lucy. The vet was so nice and explained everything to me.

Noah’s Ark treated my noodles like he was family. I felt confident leaving there. I really do appreciate you guys!!

The texts say show up when you’re #4 on the waitlist. I did so and still waited 2 hours before the Dr saw us. Dr and the girl helping her were great! Waitlist system needs A LOT of work.

The doctor left the room saying she’d “check on” something, so I assumed she would come back with some more information and I assumed she’d be the one to let me know I’m good to go so I stood around in the patient room with my cat for some time until assistants/receptionists had to let me know I was good to go - but I still had questions for the doctor. so I asked if she was available still and was able to ask all my questions which was nice. She said she’d check on something again but then didn’t come back and the receptionist had to call me up. I had to ask the receptionist for what the vet had said she’d check on. Overall a good experience from everyone, and I always love Noah’s Ark’s service. I was able to get everything done I needed to, would’ve just appreciated a little bit more communication for this visit. Thank you!

The ambiguous timing of appointments is very frustrating. There seems to be NO consistency for how long the wait will be and when to show up.

1st visit nothing to compare it to

I really appreciate the ability to get on a wait list. The updates were helpful and once we arrived the wait was reasonable before our pet was seen.

The doctor was wonderful. I felt like my boys were really well cared for. And all of my concerns were answered. I felt the whole staff was friendly and took great care of my babies. I hope to have that doctor again because I felt very comfortable with her :)
