Dr. Gore was absolutely AMAZING! She was very thorough and caring! Very knowledgeable and understanding! The BEST!

The girl that took us back was very sweet and felt like she listened really well and cared very much. I understand the vet is busy but let like he wanted to get it over with. My concern how to give medicine and if he needed it for stomach was answered it will help but you don’t have to get it. I wanted to get flea medicine but when I went to desk it wasn’t on there and felt like I was aggravating the guy at the desk so I left with out it and meds for stomach. Glad that he got hydrated and ear medicine but will try and get flea stuff over phone.

They charged me $37 to clean my dog’s ears out. And then gave me a bottle of cleaning solution to do it myself at home. I’m thinking you could save the customer money by either not charging almost $40 to clean the ears out or telling them owner to do it themselves at home. Because the cleaning solution then was another $17.

Only problem was wait time. They were very busy and they had an emergency, we understood the situation. Just hated waiting so long with our dog that did not feel well.

This vet is a great animal vet they took such great care of my baby clem he's a older cat we took him to Noah's ark today and they treated us and my baby with so much respect and kindness they was so gentle with him he was in so much pain. They helped us and we put him to sleep today they are a amazing vet. They made it a pain free easy time for me and my kids. This was the best I have ever been treated at a vet. I have other animals and I will be bringing them all to Noah's ark best vet clinic hospital. The doctor went above and beyond so did the nurses they was really great. 10/10

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The Vet and staff were wonderful. We brought in our 4 mini Schnauzers. Process was done professionally and quickly. Staff got us in and out in very little time.

I like that when I bring my kitten back for boosters, I can come Monday for an expedited visit.

One receptionist. We are here for the care of our pets. Frown face, each visit, not a friendly smile or a greeting, no eye contact during check in. Not this visit but past visits. I’m happy that this person didn’t check us in. I did observe a laugh and smiled with colleagues, but not with pet families. The signs warning about intolerant behavior are a bit one sided and biased. It’s a pet care clinic. We get emotional. I hope you can discreetly determine the difference between that and abusive behavior and threats are perceived. Remove or reword the intimidating and indiscriminate messages. Cultural differences play a huge part in how emotions are displayed.

The front desk did not acknowledge me when I came in. I stood patiently by the side as one employee explained take home instructions to a customer and then another customer came in. That customer was helped before me and I had to speak up and let them know I Needed checked in also. Dr. Wilson and the techs were great as always.

Our vet tech and our doctor were both upfront with us about everything and very clear with all the possible causes as well as their professional opinion on the matter.

Everyone is so nice, dr. Coleman spent alot of time with me , explaining things. He's very good!

This cat has been going to Noahs Ark I believe since he was a kitten and they’ve always done a great job with him. He is now 20 years old and his kidney disease but still does well.

I just feel like I was not being heard enough about what was going on with my cat and then there was not enough concern for them as it was for me, especially with me never being wrong about something being wrong with them. I mean, I’m gonna give him the medicine, but I still feel the diagnosis isn’t correct.

I’m so happy that I learned about your office. Everyone was so friendly and very thoughly from beginning to end and the cost was remarkable and affordable. My girl is in good hands. Thank you

Dr. Khan was amazingly thorough as he walked us through options that we have for my dog that was diagnosed with cancer. He spent so much time explaining the diagnosis and stopped frequently to ask if we had questions. While the visit was not a pleasant experience due to my baby’s diagnosis, Dr. Khan made it as tolerable as possible.

A great place for my pet! Caring and friendly service. Also on time and quick appointment.
