Being pregnant and in high risk pregnancy I was neglected from the whole office since my provider left I was mistreated. I called and asked to send message to the doctor for me for breastfeeding because I was week before my delivery and they said they will give me a call back and never did. I'm on a lot of medication and was in critical situation they just left me behind. I don't want to ever hear from them no more.

I have been going to Dr.Areco for over a year now and he has tremendously helped me out. He takes time with you with each appointment and always makes sure that the medications your prescribed are still appropriate for your use or not. His staff are also very helpful and always gets back to you in a timely matter.

I have been a patient for a few months and just started to have issues with the office. They texted me the day before my appt that Dr Mindy Worthington is no longer at their office and I’m scheduled to see a different doctor at 3pm. The day of my appt I called at 3pm to make sure my appt was still scheduled, they said my appt is actually at 3:30pm. Which is interesting since I have text messages that says 3pm but I said it was fine and willing to wait. 3:45-3:50pm and still no call back to start my virtual appt. So I called back asking for a refund. Besides this, the front staff was always very nice over the phone and Dr Mindy Worthington was the best. But sadly will be going to a different office.

A “DOCTORATE” level Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner apparently “cannot diagnose” mental health problems that he EXPLICITLY states that he “specializes” in on various sites such as Psychology Today & HIS OWN website… it’s been such a waste of time especially when he refers you to his assistant to provide referrals or other requests to which when calling, the front receptionists are deliberately disrespectful sometimes when it’s a high workload day when requesting any information for referrals to a Psychologist, especially they lack any training on basic phone call ethics. When it comes to referrals, one of the assistants sends referrals of other clinics that doesn’t do psychological assessments and/or take the insurance I have. I have been switched from one NP from this clinic after she had resigned and then to Dr. Arceo, the head nurse practitioner and owner. He would constantly be late like other reviews mention, then when it comes to the video visits, he seems very disinterested, his body language hints that he’s uncomfortable and often side tracked by other things such as his cellphone when it rings with notifications. He clearly doesn’t have the patience nor the attention span to engage in conversations with clients, especially with diverse presentations. Then would continue to increase dosage before suggesting DNA medication testing. I honestly could not wait to leave this review because this is one of the many awful experiences I had, let alone that it seems like Las Vegas is riddled with unethical Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners around the valley from other experiences in the past. Do not recommend ‼️, he doesn’t even specialize in the “rarest” trauma-based conditions to even the most common conditions that he so publicly advertises on Psychology Today and on his website despite a huge lack of providers for those in the city. I honestly think his “e-endorsements” reviews on his website are fake despite one real review with a video from someone but there’s no option to read any of the other reviews that he supposedly has, which I wouldn’t be really surprised if they seriously are fabricated created for a better “presence”.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Heidi. For years, I felt like no one truly listened to me or took the time to understand what I was struggling with. She actually listened, made me feel seen and heard, and helped get me on track with my mental health. She’s caring, attentive, and really on top of things. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful and supported. Thank you!!

You guys need to fix my prescription so I don’t have to go to the er all weekend front desk said it would be fixed I can go into seizures , they said the doctor was contacted and would contact the pharmacy by the end of the day and guess what? No one did anything and I’m out of medication. Fix it please

Long over due, but wanted to share my experience with Arceo. I also got to see him when he didn’t have that many reviews and were very low. I was looking to see a therapist and open to the option of medication. I found him and was in network. The reason that I stop seeing him was that he did not have any time management whatsoever. I arrived to his office about 15 minutes early to fill out any type of paperwork that his office provides. About 10 minutes after my appointment, someone in his office provided me paperwork to fill out. About after 15 minutes from filling out the paperwork, I get called to an office to speak to one of this staff team to ask me certain questions in regards to my mental health. After that I get sent back to the waiting room and waited another 15 minutes to see another member of his staff to take my vitals. After that back to the waiting room. I waited a good 25 minutes and another member of his staff to take me to his office. She did informed me that Dr. Arceo has a small dog and if I would mind that. I told her that I was soo onboard to have a doggy in the session!. Aside from his McLaren park outside, Arceo was dress casual professional with a Hermes belt. He did take his time to talk to me and said that he could perscribed the medication that I would like but would not be able to provide the therapy talk. He said that he would like to see me in two weeks via a telehealth chat. I had my telehealth chat while I was at work. I ask my manager that if I was able to take some time to speak to Arceo. My appointment was for 1pm. He had me once again, wait for him and when it hit 1:30pm, I couldn’t wait much longer for him, and by 1:30pm, I return back to work. I had a missed call from his office at 1:35pm. After that, I just decided not to see him anymore. As much as I respected his time, he couldn’t do the same to me. What Dr. Arceo should do is get a Rolex watch so that he can be on time. - and from what I’m reading in some of the reviews that he still continues to run late.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!!! Dr Arceo’s clinic is a complete mess. Building was dirty and run-down. Staff were a bunch of incompetent teen girls. Was talked down at the whole time and was treated very very poorly. Sat in the office for 2 hours before I saw the nurse practitioner (not doctor) on a FaceTime call. Was given a random drug screening, and the lady giving it acted shocked when drugs weren’t in my system. Had to get a prescription pre-authorization but the staff “forgot” so I sat and waited for 3 days before anything got submitted. I called once, talked with the front office girl and mid conversation she says “OMG! Sorry I’m talking to the wrong person! Let me put you through! After giving a fake story about the doctor being ‘unavailable’.” The whole office felt like a sham. If you go here, you will be fighting to get help and will have to be on the phone doing all the work that their office should be doing if you want anything to get done. Idk why being seen every 2 weeks is necessary, but feels like a way to charge insurance more than necessary. The final straw was when I was given basically the same story of “the doctor is unavailable until such and such date due to a family emergency” when I called for my 2 week appointment. If you enjoy offices like this, this is the place for you! Personally, I’m not going back.

She is so easy to talk too, and she gave me honest & helpful feedback. It really helps, as well, that culturally —— she understands where I’m coming from, and my familial-background, when I express my thoughts or concerns to her. I’m also a mom, so it helps a lot to be able to take, the little bit of time, during my appointments with Dr. Worthington……to focus on a little “Self Care.” With that in mind, as well, Doctor Worthington took the time & care, to prescribe medication that I felt safe & comfortable taking. I’ve had negative & unprofessional experiences with a physician, prior to finding Dr. Mindy Worthington….. So, it helps tremendously, that I am able to look forward too my appointments with Dr. Worthington, without experiencing anxiety. My severe depression and anxiety disorder are finally at a point where I can live life again. Dr Arceo and his staff have been amazingly supportive . Having mental illness is not easy . Lillian, Alyssa, and Dr. Mindy Worthington are absolutely amazing! It’s a hard truth to face when you have to admit that you need psychiatric services but they made me feel comfortable and accepted. Dr. Worthington is one of the easiest doctors to speak to about my psychiatric needs and mental illnesses. Although there seems to be a constant turnaround of dingdong’s in the front office that are incompetent at their jobs, Lillian and Alyssa always accomplish what needs to be done for their patients. If not, for the three of them, I would have moved on to a different psychiatric service clinic long ago.

I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health and been wanting to kill myself and this office has done a lot for me. They’re very kind and very helpful and they do the best that they can to help me feel better about myself and I’ve made friends with all of them, and I love them all very much.

Scheduled through ZocDoc appointment and my appointment was canceled for no reason by the office a few hours before the teleheslth visit for that same day. I called into the office and they had no explanation as to why it was canceled. They told me I would have to wait almost a week for another appointment to be seen, so I waited.. I saw a NP named Mindy Worthington. On my viist she said she would continue the doses I was on. But in reality, she lowered my dose of anxiety medication significantly and when i went to fill it i noticed it was for a much, much lower dose. I called the office right away as I thought it was an oversight, she didn't get back to me for 3 days as she was "busy" and when I finally got to speak to her she blamed it on the pharmacy, I called in the pharmacy and they read me the notes left and it was infact done by NP Mindy Worthington and her office receptionist Lillian without even informing me or calling me, then lying lol. NP Worthington was shifting blame instead of telling me the truth. I have been on these meds and doses for years and she messed things up royally for me. She also put me on a completely different anti depressant for OCD, PTSD and hallucinations when I don't suffer from any of that. Waste of my time and insurance.. This place just wants to charge up your insurance and not actually help. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I highly recommend Midtown Psychiatry. I got the medications I had been on previously with 0 problems same doses, same medicatios and they seemed like they really cared as I had been completely out of medication thanks to Mindy Worthington. At MidTown I was seen that same day quick to be heard and accurate with a my needs! I was treated with such kindness and dignity at MidTown Psychiatry! Go there!

Dr. Arceo not only squeezed me in last minute, but he took the time to truly listen and understand what I was thinking, saying, and feeling. He was incredibly thorough, compassionate, informed, kind, honest, and went above and beyond to help me understand myself and my treatment plan on a deeper level. For the first time in my 30 years of life, things finally make sense. I felt truly heard—something I had never experienced before with any doctor. The relief I felt after my first visit was overwhelming in the best way. I walked in feeling defeated by past experiences with lazy doctors who just rushed me in and out. IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!!! Dr Arceo’s clinic is a complete mess. Building was dirty and run-down. Staff were a bunch of incompetent teen girls. Was talked down at the whole time and was treated very very poorly. Sat in the office for 2 hours before I saw the nurse practitioner (not doctor) on a FaceTime call. Was given a random drug screening, and the lady giving it acted shocked when drugs weren’t in my system. Had to get a prescription pre-authorization but the staff “forgot” so I sat and waited for 3 days before anything got submitted. I called once, talked with the front office girl and mid conversation she says “OMG! Sorry I’m talking to the wrong person! Let me put you through! After giving a fake story about the doctor being ‘unavailable’.” The whole office felt like a sham. If you go here, you will be fighting to get help and will have to be on the phone doing all the work that their office should be doing if you want anything to get done. Idk why being seen every 2 weeks is necessary, but feels like a way to charge insurance more than necessary. The final straw was when I was given basically the same story of “the doctor is unavailable until such and such date due to a family emergency” when I called for my 2 week appointment. If you enjoy offices like this, this is the place for you! Personally, I’m not going back.

He has always listened to my husband and I about how we are feeling. When we change a med, he makes sure we see him in 2weeks to make sure it works! He is very considerate and I love the telephone service as I have an autistic son. Its hard being available, but he always is!!!

Dr. Mindy Worthington, Lillian, and Alyssa are amazing! They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in their door…. They are professional, kind, patient, and compassionate. They definitely go above-and-beyond, and you can feel that they truly care about their job & helping others. Doctor Mindy Worthington took the time to understand what my needs were, as her patient…. She is so easy to talk too, and she gave me honest & helpful feedback. It really helps, as well, that culturally —— she understands where I’m coming from, and my familial-background, when I express my thoughts or concerns to her. I’m also a mom, so it helps a lot to be able to take, the little bit of time, during my appointments with Dr. Worthington……to focus on a little “Self Care.” With that in mind, as well, Doctor Worthington took the time & care, to prescribe medication that I felt safe & comfortable taking. I’ve had negative & unprofessional experiences with a physician, prior to finding Dr. Mindy Worthington….. So, it helps tremendously, that I am able to look forward too my appointments with Dr. Worthington, without experiencing anxiety. I would highly recommend this practice; and I would give them MORE than FIVE stars, if I was able too. Thank you, for all that you do.

My severe depression and anxiety disorder are finally at a point where I can live life again. Dr Arceo and his staff have been amazingly supportive . Having mental illness is not easy . Dr arceo combined with weekly therapy sessions has been the best decision I’ve made. Thank you for being patient and understanding especially when times are tough.

Lillian, Alyssa, and Dr. Mindy Worthington are absolutely amazing! It’s a hard truth to face when you have to admit that you need psychiatric services but they made me feel comfortable and accepted. Dr. Worthington is one of the easiest doctors to speak to about my psychiatric needs and mental illnesses. Although there seems to be a constant turnaround of dingdong’s in the front office that are incompetent at their jobs, Lillian and Alyssa always accomplish what needs to be done for their patients. If not, for the three of them, I would have moved on to a different psychiatric service clinic long ago.

I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health and been wanting to kill myself and this office has done a lot for me. They’re very kind and very helpful and they do the best that they can to help me feel better about myself and I’ve made friends with all of them, and I love them all very much.

Scheduled through ZocDoc appointment and my appointment was canceled for no reason by the office a few hours before the teleheslth visit for that same day. I called into the office and they had no explanation as to why it was canceled. They told me I would have to wait almost a week for another appointment to be seen, so I waited.. I saw a NP named Mindy Worthington. On my viist she said she would continue the doses I was on. But in reality, she lowered my dose of anxiety medication significantly and when i went to fill it i noticed it was for a much, much lower dose. I called the office right away as I thought it was an oversight, she didn't get back to me for 3 days as she was "busy" and when I finally got to speak to her she blamed it on the pharmacy, I called in the pharmacy and they read me the notes left and it was infact done by NP Mindy Worthington and her office receptionist Lillian without even informing me or calling me, then lying lol. NP Worthington was shifting blame instead of telling me the truth. I have been on these meds and doses for years and she messed things up royally for me. She also put me on a completely different anti depressant for OCD, PTSD and hallucinations when I don't suffer from any of that. Waste of my time and insurance.. This place just wants to charge up your insurance and not actually help. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I highly recommend Midtown Psychiatry. I got the medications I had been on previously with 0 problems same doses, same medicatios and they seemed like they really cared as I had been completely out of medication thanks to Mindy Worthington. At MidTown I was seen that same day quick to be heard and accurate with a my needs! I was treated with such kindness and dignity at MidTown Psychiatry! Go there!

This is the best office I have been to, the staff is wonderful and always very helpful and Dr Arceo is the best Dr that I have ever had, I would recommend this office to everyone.

After years of searching for a psychiatrist, I finally found the one! Dr. Arceo not only squeezed me in last minute, but he took the time to truly listen and understand what I was thinking, saying, and feeling. He was incredibly thorough, compassionate, informed, kind, honest, and went above and beyond to help me understand myself and my treatment plan on a deeper level. For the first time in my 30 years of life, things finally make sense. I felt truly heard—something I had never experienced before with any doctor. The relief I felt after my first visit was overwhelming in the best way. I walked in feeling defeated by past experiences with lazy doctors who just rushed me in and out. But Dr. Arceo made me feel how every patient deserves to feel—seen, supported, and valued. I cannot thank or recommend him and his staff enough.

Dr.Arceo is very friendly and a listener. He observes everything you have to say about any uncomfortable situations you have encountered throughout your life; then he will tell you what is good and healthy for you. He is very respectful to his patrons. He knows that you are in his office or on your phone looking for the best alternative solution. He is actually a doctor in psychology;therefore, he is a qualified psychiatric. Well, he helped me personally, and I know he prescribed the medications I need, because now I have no complain. I am very well.
