Highly valuable!

The class was well planned out and time allotted for presenting and interaction. Michael and Rebecca engaged the Zoom audience immediately and got them involved without allowing the material to be over run by the class. I felt the two day class was presented in a way that the material is both now accessible after and retained during the class.. My highest recommendation to these two as teachers and presenters, and now business partners.

I took the SRES class through Go Straley Seminars via Zoom in April 2023. Michael and Rebecca did a fantastic job facilitating the class. I expected to be bored out of my mind for 2 days honestly but they kept it fun and engaging the whole time! The content was relevant and was presented from a perspective of great experience...not just regurgitating a text book. I learned technical skills and information to help me serve senior clients but I've also been prompted to re-think how I can best serve my senior clients by being more aware of challenges and fears they face so that I can be better at helping them navigate change in their lives. In addition to learning a lot I feel like a finished the class with a few new friends! Thanks Straley's!

I like that the course dealt with a practical approach to Short Sales/REO's rather than loads of jargon. There were quite a few takeaways that will also help me with my career in a non-Short Sale/REO situation.

They are both very professional, well versed in the subject matter and are excellent instructors. They provided real-life examples and were able to keep our attention and allowed us to interact. Participation from others in the class was great. I would strongly recommend that you use Michael and Rebecca for your Real Estate educational needs.

I have currently taken 3 courses with Go Straley Seminars. The National Association of Realtors® PSA®(Pricing Strategies Advisors®), SFR®(Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), and just today, which is the day I am writing this review, I finished the SRS®(Seller Representative Specialist®). The classes were very educational and well presented. Michael and Rebecca make a great team and are so professional, courteous, kind, articulate and informative. They present material in a way that is easy to process with tips and tricks to remember important thoughts and principles. I have at least two more courses scheduled with them and am looking forward to them very much. The classes have been via Zoom and have worked very well timing wise with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a place where you can get some of those desired National Association of Realtors® Certifications and Designations, based on my very positive experiences, I highly recommend Go Straley Seminars and encourage you to give them a try.

These Straley Seminars are just like wine…they keep getting better and better as time goes on. This is the best course I’ve taken so far and I’ve attended several since I became a new agent early 2020. What I love about these courses are the interaction and I think the use of Zoom and being able to see everyone in the class is absolutely priceless. Also, I love the interaction between Rebecca and Michael…they are the model instructors. And last but certainly not the least is the applicability of the course to our business and adapting to the current real estate are truly golden. They welcome students sharing their experience and expertise. New agents like me are not left out. Like I told them in class, this RENE Course just added a shiny new bat in my bag of real estate tool bag. I can’t wait to get out of the batting cages, get on deck in a real game and hit a few homeruns! I may strike out a few times because that’s just the way the business works but I’m counting on my strike out percentages to go down and my hit percentages to go up.
