I’ve purchased two homes before, but this was my first time working with Bryan Pilosi and his team. Bryan, Tim, and Sherry made the entire process simple, straightforward, and seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear, everything stayed organized, and there were no surprises along the way. Closing was also incredibly smooth. They even allow you to e-sign many of the documents ahead of time, which cut down significantly on the time spent at the closing table. Overall, a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Bryan and his team to anyone going through the home buying process.

Out of the control of Bryan's team, but a better document portal that allows the buyer to see ALL doc's uploaded or placed there by the team. Bryan and his team were perfect and kept everything moving to a successful closing.

Bryan did an amazing job with my loan. As you know, the loan process can be difficult to understand which can be frustrating. Bryan holds your hand through the entire process and is very responsive to questions and concerns and makes the experience a pleasant one. The Loan Depot on-line platform also makes the process even easier. Submitting necessary documents and personal information is done securely and in a timely manner which leads to a faster close on the loan.

Bryan's the best loan specialist I have ever worked with. The past two had got me thinking that it's their job to reel you in and then do whatever they want. Bryan changed that. He delivers exactly what he promises. Sometimes i'd had to ask him things twice thrice just to confirm things that sounded too good to be true such as no PMI and they really were!! Even on the day of closing because of delays from my Escrow company i'm pushing him to fund the same day and his time zone is ahead of us, he was able to close the transaction same day. I would really like to work with him again and highly highly recommend him for anyone with loan needs.
