Dariush was the only outstanding part of this transaction. And the only reason I completed it. The whole process was in my opinion disappointing and costly. I could have just stayed with. The title company sent me checks to mail out on my own to address I had to look up and pay for the over night and insurance fees that I know I was charged for already. The whole process took for ever there wasn’t any common sense exhibited by the underwriters. I felt that the whole process was extremely exhausting and expensive. The only good thing was Dariush. And the only reason I stayed in the transaction.. Dariush 5 stars. The rest zero stars.
