Eric is our loan officer. He was very efficient. He answered all our questions and guide us through the process in acquiring our new house.

Choosing Contour Mortgage was one of the best decision that we did. We cannot praise their employees for helping us securing our very first house. Buying a house for the first time can be very stressful especially for someone without a knowledge about mortgages and houses but Contour Mortgage was able to explain us every single detail and made our entire buying process easy and convenient. I would recommend Contour Mortgage to anyone who are planning to buy a house.

Yes. The team led by Igor Lipkin was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and had excellent customer service. From start to finish Igor calmed all my anxieties and fears. He knew every step and was unbelievably accessible all day, nights and weekends. I was surprised when he met with me in person to walk me through the entire application process. Igor gave me great advise and I loved the milestone tracker, it gave me comfort to know exactly where I was in the process. When I couldn't find my broker or lawyer, I could count on Igor. Without hesitation, I would be delighted to recommend Igor to anyone looking for a Lender, he's truly an asset and a great team leader.

My loan officer Mark Tsipis went above and beyond in assisting me through the process, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Dry professional and knowledgeable

Igor and his team were a great help to us when purchasing our home. We had some problems arise due to other rental properties we own but they pulled through to clear the conditions as promised and got us the loan. With anyone else, I am not sure we would have closed. Thank you!

They were fast, efficient, tentative as well.

Igor was on top of his game and always available to answer questions or address issues whether contacted via email, text or call he was always there which was very impressive. I actually recommended him to my cousin to help with his home purchase.
